Drop-in or by appointment. We

available. Office hours - Monday
through Friday (9am - 4pm). Evening
and weekend counselling also available.
Please call 642-8264 to
discuss this option with a counselor. Crisis Intervention Walk in or
phone in. We also receive referrals from outside resources. We will assist
you in arranging for transportation to shelter, make application for a
protection order or emergency cell phone and to develop a protection plan to
prevent further abuse. This is a voluntary service provided to assist you in
finding out about your options and to help you develop a plan for a future
without abuse. Single Counseling By
appointment. No charge. Open to all women. The first session
includes the completion of an intake form.
From this process, you and the counselor will be able to develop a
plan of action specific to your needs. Once you establish the goals you want
to work toward, the counselor is then able to provide practical and emotional
support to assist you in the process. Outreach Our service area includes the communities

comes to appliances and larger furniture items we try and match donors with donees as we have restricted storage space. Please call the Centre to ensure that we
